There are 4 steps to be taken when dealing with Change Requests as a Project Manager,
1. Evaluate the change request for the potential impact on the project
2. Alternate options of the CR should be assessed
3. Project Manager should then seek the CCB Approval
4. CR can be Executed (only if it is CCB approved)
