One of the obvious issues you may face while estimating user stories is how much points should you assign to a story. But when you take a step ahead you would realize that there is another issue and that is the understanding of the weight of the story points. For one scrum team member, 3 story points might mean a 3 hour effort but for another team member it might mean a 3 day effort.
