Flowcharts help you visualize how processes work . You can use a flowchart to show how the tasks interrelate and their dependencies. Flowcharts are also helpful in showing decision-making process.
In the example above, the flowchart explains a software development project. It is basically visually showing the different phases of the project and how there is a review and a decision node in between. This flowchart is self explanatory when it comes to how phases relate to each other. If you notice, it is also representing the entire process and sometimes you may have to change the process to get the quality right.
