Project Managers

Project Managers keep the project team focused on the business value that the project is providing. They help the team members in understanding how their work impacts the project’s business value. Project Managers also ensure that the projects stay on track meeting all the milestones along the way.

Program Managers

Projects within the programs are likely to have inter-dependencies. Program Managers ensure that these inter-dependencies are taken care of. This includes coordinating activities required for managing such inter-dependencies.

Portfolio Managers

Portfolio Managers focus on the business goals. They divide the projects, programs and ongoing operations in the company to align with the company’s business goals.
