Muneer, Business Case is one reason why projects are done
Cannot be A or B and therefor not C (A & B) - these are inputs (to many processes). In the initiating process group we have two processes - Develop Project Charter (Project Charter) and Identify Project Stakeholders (Stakeholder List). Of the options given,
Business Case is used to justify need for project - it is one of the reasons for initiating a project.
Q3: One of the major outputs of the initiating process group is?
A. OPA
B. EEF
C. Both A and B
D. Project Charter
Ans: D. Project Charter
Is this correct answer? .. Input is project charter and not Output i think
Input is Buisness Case and out put is Project Charter along with assumption log
Project Charter is indeed an output of the Initiating process group. Develop Project Charter is one of the only two processes in Initiating process group
