  2. Cannot be A or B and therefor not C (A & B) – these are inputs (to many processes). In the initiating process group we have two processes – Develop Project Charter (Project Charter) and Identify Project Stakeholders (Stakeholder List). Of the options given,

    Business Case is used to justify need for project – it is one of the reasons for initiating a project.
