Respect – XP Values

We have discussed Courage in the past as one of the XP values. Just like courage, another XP value Respect, also finds its mention in one of the five scrum values.

Courage implies that teammates have mutual respect for each other. Also, every person on the team trusts everyone else to do their jobs. This would obviously result in fewer follow-ups, reminders and a more coherent workplace.
