Large projects typically have numerous stakeholders and it is quite possible that they have conflicting requirements. While discussing requirements as a group activity like Focus Groups or Facilitated Workshops can reduce such conflicts we would ultimately need to resort to Group Decision Making Techniques to make decisions on what requirement to choose between the two conflicting ones.

3. Plurality – Idea with the most number of votes win
4. Dictatorship – One person makes the decision for the group
