I would like to know why was the answer for the fourth question Q4: B. Noise, what we usually struggle with in virtual team meetings is the ability to find a good time for everyone as teams are in different time zones. however, the noise can be managed by setting everyone on mute (video, audio) and one can be allowed to talk (eg: host) and questions can be posted using chat box.
Hi, I cannot find the corrcet answer for the below question, please advice
You are managing a project with 25 team members and one team lead at 3 different locations each. You also have 3 members supporting as part-time project staff. How many communication channels are possible in your project?
the formula is n(n-1)/2. So let’s find out n
In the first line of the question it says you are managing which means project manager is also involved in the communication that is one person. so we sill count him as 1
Next, Project manager is managing 25 members so in total so far we have 1+25
Next, one team lead at 3 locations, total 1+25+3
Next, 3 members as part time also a part of the communication channel
Total 1+25+3+3=32
32(32-1)/2 = 496
You count as 1
25 team members 1 + 25
3 Leaders at each Location 1+25+3
3 Additional members Part Time 1+25+3 + 3 = 32
32 ( 32-1) / 2
32X31/2 = 496
